I need a developer who can build something very similar to Uber but for parking. There would be service providers (similar to Uber drivers) who park their cars in parking spots and press "Available", while the second party are car owners looking to park their cars within 100ft of a destination. They click Search, match with any service provider parked nearby, then go in and park their car in the same spot as the service provider moves out. Money is debited similar to Uber from the car owner, partially paid to the service provider.
