The vision: A peer to peer user friendly website & mobile/cell app connecting people/businesses hiring out all types of items with people wanting to hire/rent those items. Usable on all devices. Items available for rent/hire would be: Cars, boats, trailers, all types of equipment, finance, houses, units, condos, holiday homes, general household items etc. Calendar setting to block out time when items available or in use, when item booked automatically update calendar so new users see item is in use. The three areas of focus are: • General Private household items. (gardening equipment, household building equipment) • Private dormant large items (boats, jet ski, cars, motorbikes) • Commercial hire items. (all stock lists of major hire or rental businesses eg: Coates hire, Active hire, Avis, Hertz, Europcar, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] house rentals & other real estate sites like [login to view URL] for rental lists, peer 2 peer finance lending) I want the site to be like Ebay for rentals. Global in use. A user friendly & easy to navigate website & mobile/cell app. Easy to list items from your mobile/cell phone. Easy search within certain radius of the user like ebay. Admin pages so we can create terms & conditions as well as security bond systems, ability to add more pages when needed. The site has to be able pick up all the listings from the current commercial hire/rental companies listings. As companies allow us to list their stock on our site, I want to be able to add them to the list of suppliers which means then their listings will be visible to the user. We can't list their items until we have authority to do so. Set up the site with the ability for administrator to add new affilliate/supplier with their listings updating hourly. Please replicate or use most of the basic features of the Ebay site: easy to navigate, search radius, customer login & account settings, user facebook or equivalent promote listings, my listings page, user ratings & feedback stars, advertised products in users radius, hirer security bond release notification after the item is received back from the user.
