We need a picture editor for my iPhone/iPad app. I would like to get it designed and built. React Native Component requirements:  - loading any single image (local Uri, remote URL, assets)  - on loading display placeholder  - allow user to move around the image using TWO FINGERS  - allow user to draw overlay on top of the image (separated rectangular view) using ONE FINGER  - the component must be zoomable (in and out)  - the component must be Flex ready (allow developers to use it as any other component, can not use static Width/Height)  All of the following requirements are minimal to accept the solution.  You can use our simplified code base to start tinkering with your RN project: [login to view URL]
