RECRUITMENT OF ICT CONSULTANT

The “DIC-Shelter for All,” project supported by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) requires an ICT Consultant to design an Android based application with back-end integration on GIS Server. Eligibility Criteria 1. Knowledge of JAVA (for front end of android APP development). 2. Knowledge of Geospatial database (PostGIS, PostGres) 3. Knowledge of SQL Practical experience in development of application is required Terms of engagement Consultants may be appointed on part time or full time basis 1. Part Time consultants will be appointed for a time duration of 3 months 2.
