Video Capture Platform for Personal Webpage Video

We are a Video Production Company with 14 years experience in simple web video applications. We need an professional with experience to create a password protected subscription based video platform that can capture video from the user's mobile phone and/or webcam to be used as a Video Message on their website that will be added via iframe. Basic Requirements: The User may need minor video editing capabilities inside the system like start and stop, adjusting volume. User must be able to record and change that video as much as they want depending on their subscription. That video will be used in a video spokesperon application. We currently have a player that we have developed over many years but will need a few tweaks to work with this new application The person/team we hire needs to be able to develop a nice looking modern interface for the user experince. We need to set up Administrative levels of permission based on their subscription. Of course there are other details and specific requirements that need to be discussed. English proficiency is requirement. Although we have coded many things and hire many coders as well, we are not experts in every technology, so we need someone who can clearly understand our objectives figure out the best coding solutions to accomplish this project. We do not want someone who has to ask us what language or systems to use. We need your expertise to make recommendations and offer options and solutions. [login to view URL] The USER would sign up and set up monthly payment subscription. Once paid they would be able to record themselves from their phone camera.. The app will need to capture the video in real time and then allow them to edit. Trim start and stop, audio volume. etc. The app would need to COMPRESS that video to a reasonable size for playback. When the video is accepted, An Iframe code will be generated that will be used to install that video on they website. Basic Level: User could watch that video after recording and accept or retake it. Once satisfied they would accept it. Now that would chose from a few options to customize the video Player and its look and feel and functions (player and border color). Then the app would generate the necessary code that connects it to our video player and provide the USER with the iframe code to add to their webpage so that it will display on the webpage. Pro version: USER will be able to record and store multiple videos that the User can have for a upgraded player that plays more than one video depending on how any times the user has visited their webpage. Pro Level: USER will be able to record and store multiple videos that the User can have for a upgraded player that plays more than one video depending on how any times the user has visited their webpage. Pro Level will also allow the User to place the videos on more than Just one designated webpage. All versions: Instead of recording the video themselves, the User can choose to have a REAL actors record the video at our video studio and we will upload that video into their account. Admin will need to be able to do standard asministration of raccounts and also turn on and off accounts, upgrade account, add or remove videos from User Accounts. For the iframe, you will work collaboratively with my inhouse video player programmer to provide him the necessary variables and file that are needed to generate the iFrame code.
