Want Security App for Windows 7 Pro and iPhone 6 and above.

It is a Security Program / Apps project. I want that the program or the app should run in the background. 1. The Program / App should record the time as soon as the Windows PC is switched on, logged in / out, locked, hibernated or switched off. 2. The App should record the time as soon as the iPhone 5 and above is switched on, locked, unlocked, switched off etc. Please suggest any more improvements of security such as taking a snap shot from the iPhone Camera as soon as it is switched on or switched off or locked or unlocked. 3. None of these data should be removable / editable / deleted till the entire program is uninstalled and reinstalled. 4. Whenever, the program / App is recording the data, it should forward the data to my email accounts or text a SMS message to me. You suggest whatever is best possible action. 5. I want the entire code after the project is completed. 6. We will discuss more after we make an initial deal.
