Write an Android application

Hi, I need a very simple application, it will be a quiz application, neatly developed with very simple graphics. It will be an MCQs type application, users will be allowed to choose an answer from multiple options. Application will prompt for right answer. Would be great if there is some sort of grading. You can use open source codes / templates but no copyright infringements. Few basic things i need in application are below: - Primarily need it for Android Store but appreciate to see cross platform proposals - Splash screen (need no special graphics, just display any template logo) - Admob integration required - Easy to edit (for example if i want to add more / edit questions, it should be a piece of cake for my self either through source code or interface or any other option) - Social Media Sharing (users should be able to share about application on social media(s) for example faceboook, watsapp etc) - Don't want fancy buttons or special graphics, keep it very simple, just use peaceful colors like blue/green. Will appreciate if you let me know about development technologies you are planning to use and its benefits. Also let me know if you've done a similar project. Furthermore i'll be considering prices and quality as well, but major focus will be on prices. There is no special restriction regarding time, i'm in no hurry. Hoping for long term coordination.
