Write an iPhone application

We need a very simple demo iPhone application written. 1. It needs to be COMPLETED (including testing and verification) by 2017.03.31 and we would actually like to have it done sooner (2017.02.28) 2. It consists of completing the following steps: a. Given a unique machine name or identifier (called "compID) b. Login to our MySQL database server (we will provide a IP address, user name, and password, and database name). c. Read the LAST record in the specified table (we will provide the table name). We need only certain columns of this record read (and again -- we will provide you a list of them but it is only 10 items). d. Display the results on the iPhone screen of the ten items (text format is acceptable). We will provide the format but it is very simple. e. There should be a refresh button on the screen. When the User selects the REFRESH button - the process repeats itself and the updated information is displayed. f. iPhone display of output should match our requirements but we allow for some individualism. Make it look pretty. This is the first step of the process for us so you may be asked to carry this program further with enhancements. We are only displaying PART of the dataset (there are actually 80 output parameters being stored). We do not need this application certified but we need a method by which the application may be loaded on an iPhone (and on multiple iPhones). This is a demo program for a customer (more of a sidebar for us). We ALREADY have the MySQL database up and running. It is fully defined. You do not need to do any of this work. Skillset need: iPhone program, MySQL database skills, taking a list of specifications from us and creating an iPhone app, proper use of English
