Hi We are in need of an app to be for both ios and android systems. The app will display text, audio, video and live stream similar to BBC News app. The app has to be in Arabic (arabic interface), therefore my first question is do you have basic understanding of arabic language or RTL languages (you do not need to be fluent or anything like that) so you know the text alignment, numbers etc? The app will run completely independent, that means there is no website FRONT-END. You need to develop the backend in order to insert news , text etc into the app (the backend can be in English). I will provide you with access to a web server to store the information on it. At the begining we are in need of the iOS app therefore we will start with only iOS app development to see how the process goes. If everything goes well we will continue with Android development. In addition the app must be compatible with iOS 8 and onward and must be fully functional on iPhones and iPads. Depending on the iPhone app cost, we may either develop a seperate app for iPads as their size is much larger than iPhone or have the current iPhone app be compatible with iPads. The app design has to be sleak with VERY smooth effects so as you scroll down or flip through pages there is no glitch or delay. Every thing has to occur instantaneously.
