a python program read excel file and insert mysql db

I need a python program to read data from excel file and insert into mysql db use config file get the database address and table name, i will give you example of config file use excel file and parameter of the program read rows from the excel , I will give you example excel file the excel file contains gid and oid you select cid from table1 where oid=oid and insert gid into table2 and insert gid and cid into table3 very simple that's done
