I can develop the service that can connect to Twilio and retrieve the data needed. The service will also expose a REST API that your front end, cross platform applications can consume. To get started, you will need the following: 1. A VPS or a Cloud project setup (Recommended option is Cloud Functions from Google Cloud Platform) 2. Twilio account setup (I can use myTwilio account for development and demo purposes) The service will provide the following: 1. Forwarding incoming text messages to client applications (using Firebase Cloud Messaging) 2. Sending text messages to given number using Twilio API 3. Negotiate OAuth2 handling for all API access as needed 4.
