MongoDB DBA Resource

I am looking for a part-time or full-time MongoDB DBA resource from offshore who have min of 5 years of MongoDB hands-on experience working on on-prime, private and public cloud deployments. The candidate have to work autonomously with minimum supervision. The person have to have good MQL and Linux coding skills along with working experience on AWS or GCP cloud. Person must be good at automating large cluster deployments, implementing sharding (re-sharding), query optimizations based on profiler data analysis, data modeling recommendations, migration experience moving large data stores from SQL to NoSQL. Ideally the person should finish Mongo DBA certification and Advanced Ops Training from MongoDB University. Here are the job responsibilities. Job Title: Mongo DBA Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: • For the Mongo DBA, I need someone that has experience doing shared cluster across multiple azure regions. • Excellent experience on MongoDB Administration • Good understanding of DB schema design, performance tuning and capacity planning • Operational experience with MongoDB Data Modelling • Understand and Optimize query performance • Excellent understanding of MongoDB CRUD operations • Configure and monitor MongoDB instances and generate alarms if attention is required • Configuring MongoDB replica set with members and arbiter • Managing MongoDB Oplog and journals • Configure, manage and troubleshoot MongoDB Sharded cluster • Troubleshoot any problems that may come up with the database environments: performance issues, replication issues, or operational issues. • Establish and maintain backup, restore and recovery processes. • Implement and maintain MongoDB OPS Manager • Design and implement HA/DR policies • Comfortable in using MongoDB tools like, mongostat, mongotop, mongoexport, mongoimport, mongodump, mongorestore etc. • Database Security management and User Management • Skilled in performance tuning and optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools • Knowledge of Linux system administration. • Basic networking knowledge • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
