Descripción de empleo<br />Listing Info<br /><br />We are looking for Web Developers to work on the next generation of Cloud-based Enterprise Software produced by our customer. Our customer is a World Class Software Company with headquarters in Palo Alto, CA (Silicon Valley).<br /><br />The work involves predominantly Javascript programming on the front end, together with some of the latest technologies such as Bootstrap, AngularJS, HTML5, LESS, PhoneGap and many web UI toolkits.<br /><br />As a Web Developer At Kwan Tecnologia You Will<br />Contribute to the development of the next generation of Cloud-based Enterprise Software<br />Work hand in hand with top notch Software Architects from Silicon Valley<br />Use the latest software trends such as NodeJS, AngularJS, Koa/Express, Boostrap, Javascript, HTML5 and the whole MEAN Stack<br />Ensure the quality of your software by writing automated tests and integrating them into our continuous integration process<br />Follow a well proven agile software process using the top tools for the trade such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkings, Gulp, etc..<br /><br />REQUIRED SKILLS (tested During Interview)<br />English 90% or better (read, write and effectively communicate verbally)<br />Javascript Advanced level (async programming, prototype, closures, promises )<br />jQuery intermediate or better<br />HTML5<br />CSS<br />REST Web Services<br />Completed University degree (Licenciatura or higher). Title and "Cedula".<br />Version control systems (SVN or Git)<br />Bug tracking systems (i.e. Jira, Trac, Bugzilla, etc...)<br />2 or more years of experience all in Software Development positions<br /><br />Additional Skills That Would Be Useful (not Required, But Desirable)<br />Knowledge of UI toolkits<br />AngularJS<br />Knowledge of additional Javascript libraries<br />The MEAN stack: MongoDB, Express, AngularJS & NodeJS<br />Package managers for Javascript: Bower, NPM, NVM<br />Build tools for Javascript: Gulp, Grunt<br />Testing frameworks for Javascript: Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, Protractor<br />US visa or passport a big plus (not reqired)<br /><br />Desired Personal Skills (not Required To Have All)<br />Good understanding of design patterns & UI Architecture frameworks<br />Deep understanding of browsers, HTML, CSS, Javascript<br />Experience in JQuery, Angular, Bootstrap<br />Very good team player and proactive communication<br />Experience in writing technical specifications and ability to share knowledge.<br />Hands on experience on web and mobile front end frameworks, testing tools<br />Passion to explore new technologies<br />Contribution to open source projects<br />Ability to take ownership on a project and lead teams<br />Past experience of mentoring juniors is a plus.<br />Ability to read and write english to communicate with US team effectively.
