Need help with Oracle OTBI report and drill through to a detail report

I am struggling with how to take a report I already have and add a drill to link to get specific details related to payments.
I have been given instructions to follow from Oracle, but need to have this quickly and to not spend hours trying to teach myself this functionality.
Looking for someone to be able to join a GoToMeeting or something along those lines and walk me through how to accomplish this link. Please see the attached document.
This is Oracle Financials Cloud and using OTBI. Assumption is the functionality is close to what was present in OBIEE
