ebay search and bidder

This application was built by another coder in Pearl and it has stopped working and he is no longer answering my emails......whoever can fix this i would like them to be able to fix it again if it stops working.... Its a very simple app. written in pearl.......... it searches though all of eBay’s categories, finds all auctions for .01, does not have any bids, and free shipping, to include all countries. The program then bids .01 for me using my eBay account. I just need somebody to go through the code and find out what’s wrong with it and why its not working. If its simpler to write the code again in a diff language im fine with that. All of the functionality of the program must still stay the same. right now its just not bidding on anything.
