retoucher of real estate photos

I need someone to retouch real estate photos quite often. I am looking for the right retoucher who is very skilled and reliable and will always deliver fast. You need to be able to work with raw images and It is important that you are really good at clearing out the windows for instance on a photo where the light is very diffrerent inside and outside ( by brushing less exposure on the windows for instance). You need to be able to change the sky when it is grey, put a fire in a chimney and you need to be supergood at general retouch work ( lightbalance, whiltebalance, sharpening, colorbalance etc...) How are your prices pr hour of retouching pr hour or pr image? How many photos will you retouch for 30 dollar? And how fast can you deliver every time if I send the photos ( usually about 20 images at the time - maybe more in the future) between 17.00 and 21.00 Norwegian time?
