need to remove Chinese language

i just want me to remove Chinese language just need someone using photoshop of something like that to edit this document to remove all the Chinese and leave the English in place. Needs to be done immediately. Where the dark blue Chinese script is place the English in its place (light blue) At the end, only english is to be on the document. If you need to re-align some boxes to make the layout look better
