Ongoing Photo Extraction Work

DO NOT SUBMIT A BID UNTIL YOU READ MY ENTIRE PROJECT - I WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFY ANYONE WHO DOES NOT FOLLOW MY PROCEDURES AND DO AS I REQUEST. I run almost a dozen online stores and sell over 200 different products. Every week we bring in new products to add to our stores, but we are falling behind in getting them listed. I need someone who is good at photo editing, specifically photo extractions. I need the backgrounds removed from over 100 JPEG images, with them re-submitted to me as completed PNG files. This is very simple, but tedious and intricate work. I am a perfectionist and want every image to be absolutely perfect. This may require a lot of lasso tool use in photoshop to achieve, but that's what you're here for. Attached are 5 image files that represent the types of images I would submit to you. Your job is to remove the background while keeping the integrity of the overall image (meaning if the image currently has lighting effects, those lighting effects need to remain after extraction so they still appear if I put your PNG over a dark or light background. This can be tricky with lighted objects such as flashlights. YOUR TEST: 1) Take the 5 image files, extract the flashlight, remove the background and submit them to me as PNG files. 2) Document the length of time it took you to finish the extraction on each of the 5 images. 3) Submit your BID for ONGOING work. Your bid will be a SINGLE PRICE for every 10 images. If you are selected, I will send you photos every week or every other week that you will extract and send back to me. If you do 100 images, you will be paid your bid X10. 50 images is your bid X5, etc... Your bid is the price to extra 10 complete images.
