Professional Photoshop Retoucher for Real Estate pictures

You will be my go-to-partner when it comes to finalizing my end product towards my clients in the Real Estate business. My name is Andreas, and I work as a photographer in Stockholm, Sweden. Today I have a step-by-step retouch method to make my own retouching which makes my work consistent and always a high-end finish. As the client list is increasing, my time for running this business possible is coming to a stretch. In order to focus 100 percent on the photoshoots I need to find a devoted retoucher that wants to be my hero and be responsible for my delivery of fine pictures. Retouchers responsibilities step-by-step: - Download RAW-files from my Google Drive and after that import them into Adobe Lightroom as the catalog to sort and seperate every project. - Add my Lightroom presets and after that correct white balance, level the picture horizontal & vertical and exposure. - Retouch every file in Photoshop in order reach a final product with added details around and outside window. Also add a blue sky in every picture. - When every picture looks ready you need to follow instructions of how to deliver them to my clients. - The pictures is going to be send to you at 6PM CEST and is going to be delivered the next day at 2PM CEST within 20 hours. I am searching for a commited person that is willing to work with me and is aiming for a longterm partnership. In order to satisfy my high expectations of retouch you need to have minimum 100h of retoching real estate pictures. You are service minded, easy to adapt, and have a sharp eye when it comes to details that has to be solved in the picture. A project for a normal apartment is around 12-22 pictures.
