world country/city database with latitude and longitude

First one to show me a CORRECT ACCURATE sample that i can see atlest COUNTRY-STATE/PROVENCE-CITY with lat/lon for city as requested below with best price and track record of ontime quality projects I would like give this job to today. example if you can show me atlest a mock up of Philippines-state/Provence-city and lat/lon for city and have same exact data no more no less as sample (see below) site LETS TALK ;-) I thank all that have tried but sorry to say most (not all) samples /mock ups are a mess and not like what i need. I have chated hours with many still dont understand what i need. I dont care how it gets done so much as the end result is same as sample site with lat/lon if it gives zip/postacl ok also thats fine fine but NEED lat/lon for sure. Im not sure if this would need zip code/postal codes or a combination of some locations having zip codes with lat/lon and some countries just city with lat/lon. But need lat/lon for all cities.
