298723 Property Listings - Need Demos

I am conceptualizing a property listings script I MIGHT need soon. It will use html templates, perl cgi and version 4.0.15-standard of mySQl. I am looking for ideas and would like to see what is already available from all you fine programmers. Although his is NOT an actual job proposal, I would like to see demo's of your existing property listings system, of for-sale properties and for-rent properties. Please post your sales price which includes minor mods for your system and provide a link where I can go play with it. The price you quote must be a full price for your system demo but also includes minor mods. I look forward to seeing your creative works. If I do not find a suitable system that requires only minor mods, then this job will be cancelled and I will post a new job with all my detailed requirements. If you have not done a system like this in the past, please do not bid. This is for existing systems with fully functional demos and or implemented sites that I can test and explore.
