CMS for educational purpose

We need a complete solution - CMS. Logo Design, web site design and development both front end and backend (control panel). also there will be online payment. the project is about doing close to the? idea of the following website <[login to view URL]> With the following exceptions: 1- our training will be for stock market education 2- our service? will be both audio and video.
