Completion of a property portal

I had a client a while ago that wanted to develop a property portal to allow property owners to list their property for sale directly, rather than going through an estate agent. We had the project developed using someone on RAC and they took a long time to do it and I remember testing it and it visually not quite matching the visuals and there were a few issues with the code. Unfortuntely the client died and the project never went live, we still have a copy of the code and the visuals that were created.? I have another client that is based in Portugal that would like to do the same thing but for Portuguese market rather than the UK market. This would mean that essentially the format of the website would stay the same but the content would be applied to the Algarve in Portugal.?
