Each member will have thier own profile ans will be able to communicate with other users through the in-house communication service (voice and text). tournaments and prizes will ensue. The design vision will cater to a very wide audience of gamers (proffesional and clean) and the backend will need to be as secure as possible. thier will be a store that sells custom merchandise as well as digital media. THe backend will need a full CRM application, and accounting software using SQL or Oracle (with pre-planning builds). Must develop and assist in the ongoing development of server and desktop software that connect to databases. And have the ability to code work and administer DDL, SQL DML, and DBMS. Familiarity with XML and microsoft visual studios.NET. Developers need experience in Software project management, including scoping, coding, testing and deployment. Must create on online matching and rating system that will be similar to Ebay's personalized rating system. Will design the security for an online banking transaction as well as a communication system for all our customers (100,000 expected capacity year one) to communicate with each other as well as site administrators or customer service. You will be responsible for the prototyping, design and layout of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces of a brand-new commercially hosted web application suite. Primary concentration will be on the front-end of the application, working with a development team supplying the back-end business logic and data storage tasks. You will solve complex business and technical issues and help establish, document and follow the software development standards used by the company.
