Installing news forum.

I need a news forum that I can clone to give to each web user. It needs to be protected (password?) so only the artist (who is posting the news) can post it. It needs to be able to use HTML script. A simple click 'enter password' pop up window with text forum and a 'submit news' and have it pop up in chosen area. I know a place where their are many to download and are free, however I am not sure how to impliment them. I need someone to give a quick explination, install it and show me how to clone them for further implimentations. Must be able to be used on differant webuser accounts. ## Deliverables 1) Advice/test/find a source code to do as requested. 1.2) Complete or install the fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
