Online Picture viewer

I want an online photo viewer and album application like <[login to view URL]> or <[login to view URL]> .(please see them) But I want it in different mode on some sections, I want use database sql2000 and sql2005 for this and also work with my .net application on my server. I want use this with my web application to know members and their rule I want some extra change to show comments, reply comments, add friend list, invite, share photo And also favorites list on it and….. and also a picture viewer like as <[login to view URL]>? for show some other pictures too but I want this for IE and firefox both. Both application must work on win server 2003, 2008 and sql 2000, 2005, with our web service for getting data.
