Simple PIC code (second try)(repost)

Hi, I need quite simple PIC code and PC program done with Delphi. I have all hardware allready, all I need is code. This is second BID about this issue, I got code from one coder but it doesn't work as supposed (coder disappeared after I accepted his BID). Check attachment, maybe it helps to make code. I try to write summary what I need. I need one PIC code which includes two parts and PC program 1. By pressing "C" on keyboard PIC start to feed user defined square wave to PIC output pin CH1=Column A on Excel. 2. By pressing "S" PIC waits 3 seconds and after that it starts to feed flywheel pulses to CH1 and ignition pulses to CH2=Column K on Excel . Starting freq of CH1 and CH2 should be also variable if possible. Check attachments ! Accuracy of pulses should be near 1us.
