I need a c#/vc++ client application that will stream the smartphone camera video and audio as wmv to windows media services and make it available for view in realtime.
The application should cater for the following properties:
Client: We need windows mobile 6.1 client having the functionality as follows: This client component should capture the attached video source and audio source into wmv and send it via directshow filters or alternative way to windows media services server in realtime. The capture component needs to have following configurable qualities and based on that it should capture:
1. list of audio/ video sources for selection or an option to specify screen to record screen.
2. Number of screen shots per second (fps).
3. Quality of screen shot (Resolution)
4. bitrate
(Quality of capture should be according to the above options set) - Minimum Quality benchmark for 244MHz Mobile - 320x240 video size, 64kbps bitrate, 7-10 fps.
The capture component should have the following methods: 1. StartBroadcasting 2. StopBroadcasting (I think those explain themselves)
windows media services should be able to make the feed available in wmv format through url. This url should be playable in windows media player or silverlight video player in realtime (live) ensuring minimum delay of <10 seconds and optimum audio/video sync.
The user should not see a huge difference in performance of the mobile where the client component is being used.
