Minor changes to CRELoaded Site

I need a few minor changes, I have a bigger re-design project to award soon, so at this stage I just need a few minor changes to get me through to that project. 1. The Homepage - [login to view URL] on the home page the header logo is not aligned, so when the page loads it shifts a bit to the left, just need to fix that up. Also you see the FEATURE PRODUCTS, their should be boxes similar to the SPECIAL OFFERS below. I think I might have caused both these issues by modifying a CSS file. 2. When creating a new user account - I want the users email address to be validated. [login to view URL] for the email address I want a second box, and for the user to confirm the email address (but I don't want the user to be able to copy and paste into the box, I want to force them to type in the address). I then want the two boxes compared to ensure they are the same. Before creating the account. Also on that page (and other delivery pages) I want the Company Box to have an Optional notification. As users get confused and assume they have to use the box. So just a text change to say "Optional" 3. On the address page, you have the postcode drop down, I use this drop down to confirm the delivery cost, but users are confused as there is that box and then the empty box next to it. So I want the empty box removed, and the postcode dropdown box extended and the text to say "Select your postcode", once they have picked the first part of their postcode e.g. HA2 then the second box appears to allow them to enter the remainder of the postcode, e.g 9BN. Maybe a friendly text window to the right to guide the user. 4. Before placing the order, at the moment they have to enter the email address to confirm the order, I want to extend that to have some text above the box with text (i will provide something like "Please confirm your order details above, then enter your email address in the box below, by placing the order you agree to our terms and conditions (a link the the terms)". 5. In some browsers an error appears when the user uses the Ajax Search "Start typuing toy name", for example in in Google chrome, go to that search box and type Lego then just press enter, you get a "sorry, the file searchsuggest.php......" error. I need that fixing. 6. In FireFox the vertical menu is not aligned. 7. Completion of order page - At moment when the order is complete nothing is showing to confirm the order. I want a summary of the order displayed. Naturally I don't want distruption to the site and ensure you test the changes.
