Drupal 7 Help needed

Hi every body. I would need help to finish my Drupal 7 website. Here is the 5 things I would like you to do for me. 1) I would like the shopping cart to display "0 item" when empty rather than nothing (at the top right of the screen). I've been able to add it as unfiltered text but the text doesn't change when I'm switching the website to French. I also tried playing with the No results behavior with no success. 2) I would like the "Log in | Create account" which changes to "Log out | My account" to be translated to "Connexion | Créer un Compte" and "Déconnexion | Mon Compte" when switching the website from English to French. (it was added as php to my page.tpl.php.) 3) If you go to this address: [login to view URL] and click on one of the link "La Qualité en premier." or "Étape 1". you get redirected to a 404 error page. I would like to get directed to the appropriated page (for instance "[login to view URL]"). 4) Clicking on "Politique de confidentialité" (french for privacy policy) at the bottom of the website leads me to "Privacy Policy" (the english page). I'm unable to translate it. I would need the "Politique de confidentialité" to lead me to it's own (French) page. 5) I would need you to edit the language drop down menu (top right of the screen). If you look at my website from firefox (latest version) you will see what I was trying to achieve. I want the same unicolor red than the basket. (If you look at the website from Chrome, Safari or opera, the menu displays as a button.) Also, note that I want all of this to work on the major web browser, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and IE. I also want you are implementing on my website because it's the development (draft) version that you see and I would reconstruct the website myself when it will be finish. So I will need to be able to implement myself the change you have made. Please let me know if you can help me
