magento template changes + module adjustmen

Overview: We have a magento website and recently installed the Ultimo Responsive Theme. While it is nice, the site does not look authentic so we would like a talented individual or company to help it make more natural and authentic. There is also a custom module that we had built that checks our supplier for estimated shipping costs that is no longer functioning, it does work on the checkout page so it should be easy to identify why this is not working (there are some errors in the log files related to this). The last item is the checkout page itself, since we are no using a responsive theme, the FME One Page Checkout no longer fits correctly and needs to be adjusted via CSS and the phtml file. Task 1: Make the website look more natural and authentic using the color pallet from our logo. Task 2: Resolve the issue with the custom shipping module so that it calculates shipping again. (It works on the checkout page so it should be easy to resolve) Task 3: Make the FME One page checkout compatible with the Ultimo responsive theme. Notes: We are looking for a long term partnership so if the above goes well on time and budget, we would continue to hire you for small tasks that are beyond our control, often an hour here and there.
