Help on creating Word Document

I need help in completing a Microsoft Word document. The .doc I'm creating is a template for printing labels. It has a background image, which shows a preprinted image, which is visible only at screen but not on printer. This .doc has also a table, where each cell represents a label. My problem is: when user puts its cursor inside a table cell and starts typing text, this text must surround the preprinted images. So I put some invisible shapes over the preprinted images, however, text is not exactly surronding that shapes: there are so much space between lines. I attach the doc showing this. Also this .doc has 2 pages, and it must have a single page (but sizes of paper and table must be as the original document). What I need is: - Complete the .doc with the rest of the cells (now there is only one cell configured) - Arrange my surronding problem. - If possible, remove last page - If possible, lock position of the shapes for avoiding user to move them. - Make 3 more similar .doc with 3 images I will provide you: on for every .doc. These images have to be resized in order to fit the page Background. - Make a portrait version for every of the 4 .doc's. There will be a program which will use this document for putting content on every cell, and also put so many pages, so the structure of the document musn't change. Please note that background images aren't visible on Word-2000 and Word-XP on "Design for printer" view, so you can work on Word-2003 or Word-2007. However, document must be 100% compatible with Word-2000 and XP. If this project is well done, it will be some other .doc's to make on the future. This is URGENT.
