Payment mod for complex OSCommerce store

We require a programmer/developer to create a unique payment process/account tracking modification to our OSCommerce store. Our site is a compilation of php scripts that have been tailored and customized to meet our requirements. We have a highly customized version of OSC and our programmer has recently left due to illness. Our store currently sells services offered and delivered by freelance service providers. We charge 15-25% fees to the service providers. Our system currently splits/send and stores customers orders of purchases from two or more service providers properly. We now need to add the ability (table/fields/interface/admin added to OSC) to: *automate the charging of our fee on orders processed in our store to service providers using our system, (based on manual and automated events that occur within and outside of OSC) *create statements for the service providers, *charge the proper taxes on our processing service fees, *account for discounts or coupons used on the purchase, *as well as gift vouchers. We require that our service providers have the ability to see their: *payments by status, date, *month to date totals, *year to date totals, *our fee totals *our taxes charged *Their sales reports by product *and their net income reports The successful bidder will have their own environment for development, including a copy of the same version of OSC we are using. We expect to receive the modifications in a format/approach like that of other community mods done for OSC. We have created a secure admin area for service providers and require that all account reporting functions follow the current design/operation processes. Further specifications will be provided to suitable bidders. Our company has 5 other similar projects and would prefer to work with a programmer/develop who is able to continue to meet our requirements. Extensive PHP/MySQL/OSC is required. The project must begin immediately. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables will be installed by the BUYER amd must successfully pass user acceptance testing and be in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, PHP, MySQL (shared host)
