Hiring Flash Developer w/ Action Script (also needs PHP)

I am looking for someone who is VERY experienced with creating website applications with Flash and using Action Script. This project also has to incoporate PHP into it. I cannot get into too much detail right now just because I dont want it broadcast over the entire web / search engines but I want a Pregnancy Ticker / Birthday Ticker / Weight Loss Ticker / Anniversary Ticker / Trying to Conceive Ticker website application developed. If you do not know what these are please check here for example sites: [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] This application will be a little different than the above sites pertaining to how the ticker is creaqted, but basically the same calculations will be needed, just a little extra. I will provide all graphics / tickers bars/ everything required for this project as well as the basic website layout in PSD. You will need to convert all of this over into a fully funtional website. The Ticker Part will be made using Flash and Action Scripting. I need someone who can incorporate his / her own ideas into this project design wise, program wise, etc. I definately want something esthetically pleasing. And I need someone who will be fully committed to this project as I have a deadline of the end of December, 1st week of January to get this done and onto the web. I pay on time and am usually online most of the day, so communication between me and the winning bidder is a must have. Strong English skills are a must. Please show me examples of sites / applications, etc that you have developed using Flash and Action Scripting please.
