Professional Association Web Site (Includes php and mySQL work)(repost)

The Professional Web Hosting Association (PWHA) is a professional association for the web hosting industry. We would like to have a high impact web site developed, which will require knowledge of the following: -HTML -Flash -PHP -mySQL Good artistic skills are an absolute must; this site must be very catchy and graphically well designed. Some knowledge of Javascript might be helpful as well, since we'll need to have some code generated that member hosts will place on their site. Please see the attached ZIP for complete requirements; it contains a MS Word docuement with very detailed requirements. How to win a bid from me and get a good rating: - Don't use a template - ORIGINAL WORK ONLY. I work in this industry and I will spot a template from a mile away. - Please make sure you read and understand the requirements laid out in the attached document. Generic bids will be ignored. - Creating a sample of your vision for what the site could look like makes a big difference. Coders who do that are much more likely to be selected. - If you don't have links to sites you have designed in your coder profile, please provide them. High skill in graphics design is a must for this one. - If you are new to RAC or just starting out, that's OK - but please bid accordingly (i.e. don't come out as the highest bid if you're not established here). Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
