self diagnosis and treatment system for minor health problems

Develop a simple application in flash, to help users research three different types of minor health problems and then suggest a treatment. The program will enable users to scroll over over no more than three different parts of the body and with a simple click, will in turn suggest a problem and treatment. These three parts should be chest, head and lower stomach (Male and female). The health problems we have chosen for each of these body parts are; Chest infection, migraines and bladder infection. Can the programmer please leave space in their code for the different treatments and illnesses for the buyer to add in his own detail himself. I have attached simple screen layouts in zipped form for the chosen programmer to follow and get an idea of what I want done. The program does not have to be fancy and in the simplest form possible. I would appriciate it if the chosen programmer could complete the program within the next few days. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This program should be designed in flash and in the simplest terms possible, and able to run in windows xp. The program should follow the screen layouts provided to the best of terms and must also abide by the stated project requirements.
