change colours in a psd design and create CSS

I have a PSD file which I need some colours changing - I have tried but it is a little beyond me. A jpg image of the psd has been uploaded as a guide, basically I need the green and shades of green changed to red (#ff6666). You will need to send the edited PSD file back to me when completed as well - duplicating and hiding layers rather than simply changing the colours on layers. I also need it converting to a CSS design. All sounds easy enough, the hitch is that I only have $30 in my account, so who will do it - I give excellent feedback for good providers so it may suit a new provider to the site ;) Thanks
