Virtuemart finishing details

I am having a hard time getting my person to complete this project. The site was down since Jan and is functional and online now but has too many problems to really function. Below is the list I sent to my person. It may not be all clear as it refers to things we had discussed before but should be clear enough. I thought you were going to work on the Amazon thing and the accounting while I was gone. I am missing the big buying time for the upcoming school year right now. These are some of the things still needed. 1. I was unable to complete the order as a new customer. I registered then went to the checkout phase. First the returning customer login is confusing: I was already logged in. Would it not be better if giving the name and address were part of the registration process like it is on most sites? Anyway in the returning customer login the mandatory boxes that I assume want username and password have no labels. Under that where it wants your address the first two mandatory boxes again have no labels. Once I completed all that there was no submit button and hitting return did not do anything. 2. I completed the order in my name but that doesn’t add the customer to my database. If that isn’t possible it’s okay, I just need to know how to do it if it is. 3. Checks Can I hold orders for a certain amount of days to allow for checks? Their personal shopping cart would have to remove the items from the list so that they don’t sell out while waiting. 4. Paypal Can we still have a sign up for paypal? 5. How do I get to the featured items to control content? 5. Please remove extra pumpkin icon 6. Is there a way to manually add customers? I don’t see a way to do that 7. Have you set up any kind of accounting method? (she found something that could be added on but I still haven't seen it) 8. My email address is still wrong. This is pretty important. I have changed it in the admin in the only place I see. Please help me get it changed to bethmiller not beth 9. The SKU is not visible to the customer, not a real big deal unless it is something that could just be turned on. I would prefer it on if possible 10. Why do some thumbnails look good and some bad? Can I fix that? In the admin the thumbnails that look full size are the ones that are poor quality online. I get that but why do some create a thumbnail sized thumbnail and some don’t? 11. Can the confirmation emails have a letterhead? I wanted to be able to email the customers to send advertisements as well. I am beginning to think that this isn’t possible, or at least you have never answered the question. 12. Did you ever talk to the guy about processing the amazon orders through the site? I was just changing the inventory amounts and thus not recording a sale (assuming that will one day matter) but today processed them as my own purchases. 13. I would still prefer the state to be under the city in the customer address section. The current order is city zip country state (I think) just a little weird.
