Submission, vote and chart plugin for Wordpress - repost

Hi, The goal of this project is to add a service to our website so that users can submit a song through different platforms. The final product should be some sort of Wordpress plugin that combines the Submission process, Vote system and Charts construction. Here are the required features : SUBMISSION - Limit the number of submissions per day / month - Limit the submissions to registered members only - Link accepted from YouTube, SoundCloud, Dropbox (via a mediaplayer like BooMP3, for example) - Possibility to upload a file (on Amazon S3) - The file would play through a flash player on the post page, maybe? - Limit the file size/type - The users should be able to add a description, a photo (with a recommended size), select a maximum of three genre (from the wordpress categories, for example, it needs to be editable) and add some tags to the post. - We need to be able to edit the post page template (with or without sidebar * Once the user submit a link/song, it goes to a pending list that a moderator needs to approve first, then the user is given a link that he needs to share and receive at least 3 Likes or Tweets (it can be 2 likes and 1 tweet, the user can't vote for himself) before the post appears in the chosen categories. An e-mail is sent to a specified address when there is a new submission and an e-mail is sent to the user once it as approved. VOTE - Once the songs are approved by a moderator and validated by the "sharing process", they are visible at a page like [login to view URL] - You can vote on the post page or directly on the charts - Every registered members can vote by giving 1 to 3 KP (Karma Points, just a name) - You can remove or downgrade only for a period of 24 hours - Track geographical information - There is always a possibility to report a submission for copyright infringements CHARTS - Top 100/50/10 filters - By year, year/month or all time - Charts are available at pages like : [login to view URL][geographical data]/parent-category/category/year/month/ - The permalink structure needs to be editable - Built like blog posts with corresponding numbers. ie : | #4. [Photo] [Excerpt, etc] | - Eventually, different template could be created (Photo only, number and photo without excerpt, photo with description on hover, etc.) * A great feature would be to have a quick media player when you click on the photo (Youtube player, Soundcloud player, Dropbox player or Hosted/S3 media player) and a possibility to go to the full page when clicking on the post title Example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] OTHER INFORMATIONS We use a responsive wordpress theme which means that the user interface and experience is kept to high standards whatever format the website if viewed on (PC, android phone, iphone and/or tablet). This plugin needs to be developed with this in mind constantly. We would like to develop a mobile application in a near future (NOT this project) and it would be a plus to work with the same team/person. We would also like to discuss the possibility to use Buddypress as an additional social layer. Our main concern is about the mobile/responsive part. If the sharing process (the required 3 shares from either Facebook/Twitter) is not "code-able", the submissions could be only moderated by an administrator.
