IBM RAD WebSphere Project Sample

I need a sample working and configured workspace for the latest IBM RAD for WebSphere Software v7.0 with Faces for front end, Hibernate for persistence (open to suggestions here)? and SQL Servier backend. I am new to this and hope this can help me with jump start. The sample is meant to provide framework and "do like me" template for me. I will take it as a base for my project and add the functionality I need on the top. I will provide design for 1 page. Other pages will use same header and footer, but it is up to you to decide how they look. Deliverable includes code with full configuration instructions for my PC, and guidelines for future modifications. Tables will have auto generated primary key ID on database. Samples to include insert, read, update of data on couple sample tables. Basic exception handling for the web application.
