I want to design a website to offer an automatic billing system for customers of the site to use for billing their own customers. This billing system shall allow them to put in information necessary to setup an invoice and the system will send them out to their customers. the invoice shall be noted as 1 time or recurring billing. If the billing is recurring, it needs to send a preview invoice 1 day prior to billing due date so the client can check the invoice to see if the amount is correct or if he needs to add late fees or more charges before sending out the next month's bill. the invoice should allow the person receiving the invoice to pay by check or credit card using paypal. Our client shall be able to put in his paypal account and the invoice shall link the paypal amount automatically for payment. There needs to be a way to turn billing on/off for my clients in the admin backend. I also need to add/edit/delete/suspend customers. View their details when signing up and be able to email everyone via text or html, my or their choice at signup time. The site will also need a well documented easy to read instructions for new customers with good tutorials and explanations as to how it all works. A FAQs section is also helpful. I will provide some text for the home page to help explain the site's purpose and try to attract customers to join. Obviously, each customer will have their own customer database they will need to add/edit/delete/suspend also. Winning bidder also needs to design the layout, templates, graphics and look for the site. The domain name is ebill-buddy dot com, I would like to see a caricature similar to the one Microsoft used in their MS OFFICE - the paperclip assistant as the "ebill - buddy" for the site. I may have some more additions and mods to this after awarding bid so keep this in mind when bidding. Our clients need to have the ability to select either 1 time billing or recurring. If recurring, they need to select the frequency of the billing. Similar to the method used in [login to view URL]'s subscription billing would work fine. This would entail a "trial period" then billing starts XX number of days, and continues XX days or XX months or XX years. Anyway, you get the point.
