Directives • Creation, Production of the client (Specialty Dating) website • Creation of a 3 or more web templates • Development of a site map, navigation and information architecture • Development of website with PHP programming • Development of Java, Flash, Meta Crawlers, etc. as needed • Integration of content provided by client management around web design • Development of scalable database using PHP programming to collect, store and retrieve resumes, (initially handling approx 40,000 transaction per day), ads, form fields • Development of interactive features as needed * • Digital production for approx 30+ pages • Project management to coordinate development and content team members • Incorporate ecommerce tool for credit card functionality for members, and advertisers including the ability to create invoicing • Development of reporting tools for client management • Maintenance of the site for 12 months following launch; including all member, advertiser/content/site management and internal reporting 3.2. Internal Reporting • Reports on all form field entries from all member area categories and advertiser activity • Reports on website activity, pages viewed, site traffic • Reports on plan types purchased, expirations, renewals Most features are available with the 2 packages reviewed. The basic UI structure will be provided, so no effort need be expended on it. Do note that the matching service has questions that will be provided by the customer. The deliverables should include the database schema, the class diagram if applicable and all source with clear information on any licensing. Licensing costs and other incidentals should be clearly stated and will be handled outside of the cost of implementation.
