facial analysis application - repost

Fellow freelancers We are looking to develope a facial analysis application, controlled through a user friendly graphical user interface. The application must detect faces, age category (child, adult), gender and emotion (smile detection). We have seen many examples of this functionalities been created through the use of free available libraries and resources. The application will need to analyse real-time footage via a webcam and process offline video files. All data will be stored localy or via a web-service in a MySql database. Functionalities to be developed: 1. Detect number of humans and faces in video 2. Categorise the age of each face detected in the video 3. Generate common used paths of human traffic 4. Auto Analysis and custom reports such as: a. Number of faces in the image (labeling each) b. The gender of each face in the image c. Avg. Attention/ Avg. Duration/Avg. Glances Technologies and code: - Php and/or Java for aplication code and UI - MySql for database - Linux OS for the Webserver Technical details and other requirements: 1. The software must be able to connect to webcams or Cctv video feeds 2. The software must work on Windows, Mac and Linux 3. Implement a logging system for debuging 4. Any third-party code must be highlighted, and must be free for commercial use. 5. Release notes and test cases must be provided after every build. 6. On completion you will provide a user manual and service manual 7. During development you will send all data and source code to be review and tested after every step/build. 1. Code must be clean, all comments and release notes in English. Other programming languages can be used on the condition that you can demonstrate how they comply with these requirements.
