Image Hosting Script AJAX/Javascript

UPDATE: Design is not required and can be done separately! I am looking to create a site which is similar to photobucket.com. I want users to be able to create accounts and upload pictures which will be hosted on my servers some features should include ability to make flash slideshows out of the images and a video upload service similar to you tube [login to view URL]'s free and paid album subscription service. Design must be fully web 2.0 and AJAX implemented for advanced and more unique look. DESIGN IS VERY IMPORTANT! I must see a portfolio of previous work before project is started. A similar look to [login to view URL] with much more advanced features. An important aspect of this site is that it must be optimized to use as little bandwidth as possible and conserve space. This includes optimizing pictures when uploaded and accessing them in a way that does not harm server. *READ ATTACHED FILE BEFORE BIDDING FOR ALL DETAILS* ## Deliverables 1.) Must be able to speak and write in English. All comments will be required in English. 2.) You will need to know a tableless layout. All DIV's and CSS, your CSS MUST be validated from two different sources. Trust me we will critique everything. 3.) You will need to know how to code for [login to view URL] and Paypal IPN. If you do not know how to do this please let me know, as I will have to find someone who does. 4.) You will need to be in the United States. 5.) You must be able to code or design something similar to [login to view URL]'s products. 6.) Know how to bandwidth track, and SEO friendly URLS. 7.) Must be able to convert a .PDF or .indd (InDesign) file to a working website. It will have the first page and a subpage. 8.) Must know how to make the site templated. So it could be changed quickly. Smarty is a possibility, if you wish. 9.) Must be able to meet deadlines. That is crucial. **What I need from you:** 1.) Extensive portfolio examples. 2.) A copy resume/cvs. 3.) I will need code samples to review. Note: I will validate them as well. IF you do not have a .zip file full of code for me to review I will ask once, but not twice.
