PHP table grabber - Javascript / PHP - Table creator

For this project i need an expert in two things. First of I need a an expert who can grab data from another table on a another website - thereafter save it on my server - modify and then Secondly create a table with [login to view URL] The most important thing here is that I need an PHP expert who knows how to grab data(content) from another table and then create a new table on my site.
