Webcam Chat Project

We are looking for a Developer to create a Webcam Chatroomscript with following Details: You hit URL and join directly into Chatroom. You will see at least all active Webcams from the first Second in a Solution of 150x120 px for Example. All Webcams are active and you see all Streams (without Sound, Sound can be started for every Cam by yourself.) We need following Details: #1 Webcams (20-30 on Screen, the rest will shown by Scrolldown, endless Scrollbar) #2 Textfield #3 Button start Webcam #4 Button register #5 Friendlist ( i preffer a hidden Solution wich just shows or hover up when needed, maybe Facebook like. #6 Adsense Place if possible Functionallity: User can see all Cams Guest can see all Cams but cant write in Textfield Friendlist Adminfeatures: - kick -bann -see IP from User Registrationform will open in a Overlay or PopUp with short registration and Emailverification -Username -Email -Password -Password -Accept Terms -Accept Privacy Backend Admin Userlist - Edit User Email all User Bannlist Adminlist Roomlist Badwordfilter We need to discuss a very stable and High Quality Solution.
