Virtual Garage Sale Website (Custom Development)

The website is basically a garage/yard sale online, year round. The idea is that most people only shop at garage sales during the spring/summer. Meaning most people will have to find a place to store their things that they didn't sale, or give items, not sold away. My website will hopefully eliminate that. The website is an online garage sale, that will allow people of all ages to have their own garage sale. I would like the user to have an account that they login into and have a visible photo of a 3-D garage. The user will be able to upload photos of their items for sale by categorizing them and choosing a spot/location within the garage to place their photos. Making this a visual cyber garage sale. I want the users to be able to buy/sale/negotiate on items in garage sales and also to be able to search for most searched or new items on the home page. The user selling/buying the item should also be notified by email/facebook/text or twitter alert when an items is sold/wanted or someone shows interest in. The user should also be able to search for garage sales by location (zip code/city) using a map locator. This will allow the user to find any garage sale within their area of location. This social garage site differs from craigslist due to the fact that it is based on an actual garage sale and the user will have all of their items photoed within one garage, allowing visitors to view everything listed by that owner or within that same garage in one place. This site is also based soley on pictures of the items that you're selling and will not feature rentals, jobs or pets like craigslist does. There will not be a fee for using the site as I would like to attract as many users as possible. However, I would like to incorporate some sort of advertisement offers eventually for those interested.
