Low Volume Email Marketing

I need an Open Source software that can do low volume email marketing and list management. The specifications are: 1. Open Source 2. Must run on Fedora Core 4 3. Must use sendmail 4. Must have a web interface 5. Must have a local database (mySQL preferred) 6. Must be able to automatically remove people - I don't care how (reply email or a link) as long as I don't have to process 7. Must have a registration and opt-in process 8. I must be able to update the database using the software 9. I must be able to bulk upload from a text file. The deliverables for this project are: 1. Suggest a software package so I can research it. You can suggest multiple software if you wish. 2. Create an RPM for the selected package so I can install it on a Fedora Core 4. The RPM needs to have ALL the necessary components and have properly pre-configured them, including components such as Apache. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
