Video on Demand , and Android apps

Hi All First i want to tell to all the bidders that if they don't have any experience about this project not to bid. The project is: 1- A video on demand server having unlimited videos and Audio files with the ability to connect to many servers. 2- A CMS to Authenticate unlimited number of clients with P2P between clients. 3- Limits number of videos according to kind of subscription and payment (1 , 3 , 10 , unlimited videos per day) 4- Continuous Streaming channels taken from the library. 5- The output must be Http and port. 6- The OS is Linux (Ubuntu) 7- apps for Android STB v 4.0 and up. (player apps and p2p protocol between clients) 8- A Dynamic Apps and server for adding and changing Logos and Company name). 9- The Ability to upload from authorized clients to server. 10- Choosing subtitles for each movie. 11- Categories for movies . 12- Logs and charts for most watched movies. 13- The CMS must have an Admin page and re-sellers accounts can be created with money funding and accounting. 14- Funding must be done by Paypal.
