187925 Real Estate Showing Form

The objective of this form will allow a Real Estate Office without HTML programing experience upload a picture, fill in some information - Realtor name, Listing Number, Address, and perhaps a few more fields. Then either a link or the form is sent to an email address of the person that viewed the property, sees the information from the Realtor and then answers some survey questions about the property. A few drop down boxes and a memo field to make it easy to fill out. Back to the Sender - they can review the information, collect multiple feedback surveys on one property and delete the data when the property is sold. It appears to me that it would be a somewhat straight forward data base with a easy user interface. I have some samples of the form from other companies but not the interface. I also currently run a listing script that works quite while for the customer CS Realty Pro and they are very pleased. They want to expand their internet service for feedback surveys. I offered a simple fill out form but they want the pictures and to be able to put in some information for the prospect.
